Offering brunch, lunch and dinner, the talented kitchen has created a seasonal menu with classic gastro dishes such as juicy steaks, flavoursome burgers and homemade fish and chips sitting alongside more innovative and hearty specials. Grab a table on the mezzanine floor for a birds-eye view into the open plan kitchen and watch the chefs rustle up a whole host of dishes from Chorizo Waffles with fried egg, cherry tomatoes and maple syrup for brunch through to Butter Bean, Pepper, Croquette & Harissa Stew and vegan Carrot and Sweet Potato Fritters with black garlic mayo and beetroot salad.

On Sundays, The Boathouse comes into its own with a variety of roasts served with all the trimmings including double egg Yorkshire puddings, goose fat roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and lashings of rich, homemade gravy. A must try is the pub’s ‘Family Roast Dinner’ – indulge in a sharing board of sirloin of British Beef, Lemon and Thyme Marinated whole Shropshire Chicken with stuffing, bread sauce and horseradish cream.
