Took my niece yesterday evening for the first time and even though she wanted to go to a Thai restaurant, I talked her into going to the Coach & Horses, and boy, she wasn't disappointed....!!! We both ordered steak and when it arrived, she immediately took a photo of her dinner and pasted it on Facebook ! She loved it so much (and me of course !) that she ended up finishing everything that was on her plate ! She went to work this morning and raved about her dinner to all her colleagues. We had a lovely evening yesterday, Food was great, service was excellent and the ambience... it's just so cosy, warm and now that the decorations are going up, it's very Christmasy too. Thank you to all the staff. My niece is definitely coming back... and I am of course...

The pub is brilliant, the food delicious and the staff very attentive. I first visited the pub when it had been newly refurbished and loved it! Karen kindly donated a meal for two, with wine to my daughters school who were fundraising for a charity event. How refreshing that a local pub would help in this way. I would like to give Karen and her team a big thank you and keep up the good work!!

This pub surpasses any other in West and South-West London. I have used the Coach and Horses now both socially and for business meetings and entertainment. The location is fantastic, close to Syon Park and the river, but with easy access from the A4, A3 and North Circular. with a large, secure car park. The quality of food and service clearly is being driven-up passionately and professionally by the new management team. The standards and care to detail are clearly evident in the customer experience. We have started to use the Coach and Horses as an informal venue for business meetings as it has proved such a welcome alternative to LHR hotels, particularly as the parking is plentiful and free.
It has been a real bonus to be able to take overseas visitors out of the sterile environment of an airport hotel, and entertain them in a traditional pub environment. Americans in particular would love this, but I don't think that the quality of fod and service would disappoint the French either! We've found that the layout of the pub is such that even when busy there are tables where business meetings can be held in confidence, and that the culture is conducive to holding quiet conversations.

We visited this pub on Saturday on the way to Syon Park (it's just near the entrance). The food is delicious - try the beef and ale pie - and very reasonably priced too. It's got a great atmosphere and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Well worth a visit.
